This woman had undergone over the muscle saline implants elsewhere. She had developed capsular contracture and widely spaced implants. To correct she underwent implant exchanges with gel implants changing the pockets to a dual plane submuscular position to achieve a more natural appearance. Please note that not all changes can be made due to pre-existing scar tissue from first surgeries.
