This woman presented with concerns of a heavier nose and a bump on the dorsum (top) of the nose. The smaller changes were accomplished with rasping the bump to create a smaller straight nose.

This patient presented with a significant hump on the top of the nose in addition to a wide hanging tip. Tip grafting with cartilage suturing were used along with removal of the significant hump. She has a younger, more refreshed look.

This patient had concerns about the bump on the nose and an overly long nose. Among the subtechniques used on this patient was the lowering of her break point, that is the location where the highest part of the nose is. A lower break point is seen with smaller noses.
