Boston Plastic Surgeon - Dr. Volpe

Dr. Volpe is a highly trained and skilled surgeon in cosmetic plastic surgery of the face and body, renowned for his artistry and exceptional results. A native of Massachusetts, he is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (F.A.C.S.). In addition to being Chief of Plastic Surgery at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, Dr. Volpe is also a member of several local, national and international prestigious plastic surgery societies. He was elected president of the Massachusetts Society of Plastic Surgeons in 2010.

He earned his medical degree at McGill University Faculty of Medicine. Seven intensive years after medical school were spent learning the art and science of surgery and plastic surgery in Massachusetts, earning board certification in both specialties. Further training in advanced plastic surgery was obtained in Paris, France and University of Melbourne, Australia. Dr. Volpe held faculty positions at both Tufts University and the University of Massachusetts. Dr Volpe is listed in The Guide to Top Surgeons of America. He has also been voted a Top Plastic Surgeon by Boston Magazine and Castle Connolly ten times.
There are many less fortunate places in this world. Every year since 1992 Dr. Volpe has been part of a team that travels to a remote corner of South America.
